Reactor Installation at Gellner Industrial
600 Gal. Catalyst Tank & 4,000 Gal. reactor The initial installation of a reactor at Gellner Industrial began at the end of July and will continue for the next several months. Being installed in the plant is a 4,000 gallon jacketed reactor, a 2,500 gallon monomer mix tank, and a 600 gallon catalyst tank. The 4,000 gallon reactor being installed at our plant has a dimpled jacket. The dimpled jacket has a pressure rated above the 90 psi steam that is supplied for heating.
